Executive Education Series

Starting 2021, IIDS in affiliation with Tribhuvan University (TU) has started a high quality, five-weeks certification program with courses that offer students, professionals and practicioners with cutting edge policy knowledge and a certificate from TU, without the time commitment that traditional degree programs demand. IIDS in collaboration with TU will be providing five such courses in a year.

Gender and Leadership

IIDS in conjunction with Tribhuvan University is re-launching its second course titled “Gender and Leadership” from its Executive Education Certification Series which was launched in February, 2021. This collaborative effort is geared to cater to public, private and non-profit sectors’ professionals who are looking to hone their skills and knowledge but do not have the time to complete regular two-year degree programs.
Delayed due to the surge of Covid-19 cases in Nepal, this course has been rescheduled to start in January, 2022. It will be facilitated by Dr. Sucheta Pyakuryal, gender and organizational behaviour expert. Five national and regional women leaders from across sectors such as Ms. Chandni Joshi, Ms. Sushila Karki, Ms. Reshu A. Dhungana, Ms. Shyam B. Shrestha and Ms. Lora K. Prabhu from India will contribute as guest resource persons. This course explores and explains the theories and praxis of leadership.
