Policy Entrepreneurs Network (PEN)
The Policy Entrepreneurs Network (PEN) is an initiative by the Institute for Integrated Development Studies (IIDS) to bridge the gap between research and policy-making in Nepal. PEN fosters informed decision-making and effective governance by translating high-quality research into actionable policy recommendations.
