Kamakshi has worked in the fields of Sustainable Entrepreneurship, Economic Development, and Education. Prior to IIDS, she was a program associate at ATTOLLO Prep, a college access and leadership development organization for students in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. She created and led a 12-week design-thinking based business course for eleventh graders that emphasized diversity and inclusion, while mentoring over fifty students directly. She has a passion for feminist economics and hopes to build a career in the field!

Kamakshi holds an Economics degree with a minor in Gender Studies from Franklin & Marshall College. In her free time, she enjoys the gym, books, the guitar, and Rubik’s cubes! She’s looking forward to interning at IIDS!
