 Project Description

The initiative offers a dynamic space for discussions on strategic affairs, connecting diplomats, bureaucrats, and academicians with broader audiences, including students and researchers. The project will be structured into multiple episodes, with each featuring key speakers and focusing on themes such as international relations, diplomacy, and regional cooperation. The initiative started on the 1stof December 2023 with the objective mentioned above. These events will be organized throughout the year, ensuring consistent engagement and thoughtful exploration of global and regional issues.

The project will be managed by a dedicated team at IIDS, responsible for event planning, outreach, and logistics. Key responsibilities will include identifying relevant speakers, managing participant engagement, and ensuring the smooth execution of events which includes technical support and cooperation as well.

Monitoring and Evaluation

The success of the project will be monitored through participant feedback, engagement metrics, and the quality of discussions generated. Post-event evaluations will measure the impact of each talk on diplomatic and strategic thought, ensuring alignment with the project’s objectives. Each episode will be recorded in the form of a note summary for internal usage to monitor and evaluate the outcome of the episode.
