The IIDS organized Results-Based Management (RBM) Framework training for the senior officials of a few Central Ministries from February 8 to 10, 2023, at IIDS Campus, Mandikhatar, Kathmandu.
The ministries include MoFE, MoALD, MoEWRI, MoLCPA, MoICS, among others, and NPC, NARC and NAES. The training program is funded by Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Policy, Research, Capacity, and Influence (PRCI) program in collaboration with the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), Washington.
The sessions was tailored according to the fifteenth five-year plan and key findings of the Agriculture Development Strategy (ADS) scoping study with an overview through RBM lenses. The goal of the training is to strengthen the capacity of ministry officials in the application of RBM concepts in planning, implementation, management, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and projects.
