IIDS, the Institute for Integrated Development Studies, conducted its second Apprenticeship Fair on the 13th of October 2023, spanning from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at its location in Mandikhatar.
The primary objective of the IIDS Apprenticeship Program is to establish a secure and enriching learning environment for the youth of Nepal, affording them the opportunity to actively participate in the development sector. This is achieved by providing them with hands-on experience at one of Nepal’s premier policy research think tanks.
The event featured a structured format wherein shortlisted candidates for the program underwent group interviews. These interviews were organized according to their thematic interests, and in-person and virtual interviews were conducted by a panel of experts affiliated with IIDS.
