The IIDS Retreat 2026, held on 9–10 October in Godawari, brought fresh perspectives, meaningful conversations, and moments of fun and connection. From reflecting on IIDS @ 50 (2029) and preparing for the IIDS Policy Conclave 2026 to team-building activities, personal reflections, and a cultural evening, the retreat offered a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen team bonds, and look ahead with a shared vision.
As IIDS looks towards its 50th anniversary, the commitment remains clear: to advance evidence-based policy, generate ideas that matter, and contribute to Nepal’s development through collective purpose and action.
