Institute for Integrated Development Studies, in partnership with the International Food Policy Research Institute, is implementing an impact evaluation to assess private sector-led digital AgTech B2B platform’s digital and AI-enabled agricultural advisory services including GeoKrishi. The study aims to evaluate the platforms’ effects on farmers’ behavior, productivity, and commercial sustainability, and to explore the enabling environment for digital agricultural innovations.
Objective
The objective of the study is to collect reliable, gender-sensitive, and contextually relevant data to conduct impact evaluation of digital and AI-enabled advisory services. Specifically, the assignment seeks to:
- Generate high-quality quantitative data from households to assess user outcomes and control group comparisons.
- Gather qualitative insights from key actors (farmers, cooperatives, financial institutions, value chain actors) to complement survey findings.
Ensure ethical, accurate, and timely data collection.
