IIDS’s “Valentine’s Date” with Ms. Bharati Silawal-Giri!
Ms. Silawal-Giri conducted an ‘In-House Gender Orientation Training Session’ at IIDS on the 14th of February 2022 for all employees at the IIDS Campus.
This was the first of many efforts IIDS will be taking to make our organization a safe space for all individuals associated with IIDS such as employees, fellows, trainees, interns, volunteers and visitors regardless of their genders, caste, class, ethnicity, religion, race, different-abilities, beliefs, age, status and other identities.
