The Institute for Integrated Development Studies (IIDS), in collaboration with the Provincial Policy and Planning Commission (PPPC), have successfully completed a training on the “Results-Based Management (RBM) Framework” for senior officials of provincial ministries and the PPPC. The three-day training will take place in Pokhara from June 27 to June 29, 2023.
The training program included participants from Pokhara University, local think tanks, and development partners. With an overview via RBM lenses, the workshops was tailored in accordance with the Gandaki Province’s first five-year plan and policies and programs for the fiscal year 2023–24.
The objective of the training was to enhance the capacity of ministries, planning commission senior officials, and academic institutions to apply RBM principles in the planning, implementation, management, monitoring, and evaluation of projects and programs.
