


The purpose of the study is to explore how the vulnerability of MSMEs in Nepal is not only a development challenge but a commercial market opportunity for insurers with the potential to drive inclusive economic growth and build financial resilience.
It aims to explore and analyze the risk management process, insurance uptake, issues, and protection gap of MSMEs and propose a sustainable plan for protecting them from disasters and prepare for post-disaster resilience in the agriculture and tourism value chains across seven provinces.
